Role-Based Paths ​

Use these paths to find the docs that matter for your role.

Operators ​

Operators mostly work in the mobile app.

Start with:

Operators should understand when to submit a failing result, when to skip a check, and how format changes affect the checks they see.

Managers ​

Managers supervise daily execution and close the loop on actions.

Managers can create and update checks, change active line formats, enter output, resolve actions, and review proposed check changes.

What needs you, on mobile ​

In the mobile app, Managers and Team Leaders have a tray button beside their initials at the top of every tab. Its badge counts the decisions waiting for you in the current factory, on the Lines you are assigned to. Tap it to see them, most urgent first:

  • Trials awaiting your verdict (Managers only). Temporary target trials that need a keep-or-revert decision. Each trial shows how long until its target reverts on its own. After a trial reverts, it stays in the list until you record a verdict.
  • Proposed changes. Suggested check edits and new checks waiting for review. Tapping one opens that proposal, where you can review and decide it.
  • Overdue for your team. Open actions assigned to your team that are past their due date. See all opens Actions filtered to Mine.

Items leave the list as soon as they are decided.

Admins ​

Admins manage configuration and access.

Start with:

  2. Factories, Lines, Groups & Machines
  3. Formats
  4. Roles & Permissions
  5. Team Management
  6. CMMS Integrations

Admins should own naming conventions, factory structure, format definitions, and user access.

Owners ​

Owners have full access and are responsible for tenant-level control.

Start with:

  2. Team Management
  3. Account & Preferences
  4. Reports & Exports

Keep the number of Owners small and review access regularly.
