• Notifications follow scope and function. Notifications now go to the people assigned to the line or factory where something happened, and to the function that owns the work, rather than to everyone at the site. A failed centreline notifies the team responsible for that line. An action assigned to Maintenance at a factory reaches maintenance there, not production and not another site. Nobody stops receiving notifications they were getting before.

• Team Leader role. A new rank between Manager and Operator, for people who lead a line without administering the site. Team Leaders can create, update and resolve actions and review target proposals on their line, and they work in the mobile app rather than the portal. See Roles and Permissions.
• Functions for people and work. Everyone can now be associated with Production, Maintenance, Quality or Engineering. Actions can be routed to a function's queue, and the mobile Actions screen defaults to your own team so each person's list stays focused. See Team Management.
• Scoped access. Administrators can give a person access to specific factories or lines instead of the whole organisation. Existing access is unchanged until an administrator chooses to configure it. See Roles and Permissions.
• Checks restricted to a function. A check can require a particular function to complete it, for work needing specialist knowledge or authority. Everyone can still see the check exists; on mobile it appears locked to people outside that function. See Checks.
• Photo centreline targets. A centreline check can use an approved reference photo as its target. Operators compare the machine against the photo and confirm whether it matches, and each machine format can carry its own reference image. See Checks.
• Temporary target approval on mobile. Reviewers can approve a temporary target trial from the app, and record the reason when a target change is made permanent. See Deviations And Temporary Target Trials.
• Kiosk sign-in follows access scope. Who can sign in on a shared tablet is now decided by a person's access scope rather than their notification defaults, so a tenant-wide operator is available on every device they are entitled to use. See Kiosk Mode.

• Simpler check creation. The multi-step wizard is replaced by a single form.
• Reworked People screen. People are added in a dialog and managed from a row actions menu, with rank, function and access scope set in one place. See Team Management.
• Clearer check detail. The action badge moves into the check panel header, and detail fields compact into a single row with tooltips.
• Better centreline entry on mobile. Confirm a text correction without retyping the value, see the target while confirming, and enter negative targets.
• Tidier mobile actions. Your assigned queue sits in its own team section, and proposal reviews show changes as a table with clearer buttons.

• Restoring a check from an earlier version no longer brings back an out-of-date schedule sequence.
