Dashboard ​

Use the portal to review execution, performance, and compliance across factories.

Tip: press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere in the portal to open the command palette and jump straight to a page.

Who Can Use This ​

Owners, Admins, and Managers can use the portal dashboard and reporting views. Operators use operational views in the mobile app.

Daily Overview ​

The dashboard highlights due checks, line status, and current activity at a glance. Use it to spot bottlenecks early.

Checks Activity ​

Go to Operations -> Checks -> Activity to review individual check instances.

  • Filter by factory, line, machine, and check.
  • Filter by status: pending, completed, missed, skipped, or due.
  • Choose a date range like today, yesterday, last seven days, or a custom range.

Insights Metrics ​

Go to Analytics -> Insights for trend-level performance data.

Key metrics include:

  • OEE: Total output divided by maximum possible output. Days with no recorded output count as zero output rather than being excluded.
  • Line efficiency: Output divided by planned output (max output minus planned downtime).
  • Due: Count of check instances scheduled in the period.
  • Completion: Percent of checks completed out of completed plus missed.
  • Compliance: Percent of completed checks that passed.
  • Timeliness: Percent of completed checks finished within the grace period.

Production Performance Data ​

Go to Operations -> Output to review output and downtime.

  • Track total output, planned downtime, unplanned downtime, and total stops.
  • Use last seven days, last thirty days, or a custom date range.
  • Enter or correct line outputs when needed.

Common Workflows ​

  • Daily review: Check the dashboard, then open Operations -> Checks -> Activity for due, missed, skipped, or late work.
  • Weekly review: Use Analytics -> Insights to compare completion, compliance, timeliness, defects, and deviations.
  • Investigate a change: Start from a trend in Insights, narrow to the affected line or machine, then open Checks Activity for the individual instances.
