CMMS Integrations
Connect Continual to a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) so teams can escalate actions into their established maintenance workflow and keep status updates connected.
Supported Providers
MEX V15
Continual currently supports MEX V15. No other versions are supported by this integration.
The integration can create work orders or requests from Continual actions, map Continual machines to MEX V15 assets, and resolve actions when the corresponding MEX V15 record is closed or cancelled.
Set up the MEX V15 integration
How CMMS Integrations Work
- An Admin configures a supported provider for a factory.
- Continual machines are mapped to the corresponding CMMS assets.
- A Manager, Admin, or Owner escalates an eligible action to the CMMS.
- Continual records the external record number on the action timeline.
- Supported closure updates from the CMMS resolve the action in Continual.
Provider behaviour, prerequisites, record types, and sync rules can differ. Follow the provider-specific guide before activating an integration.
Before You Start
- Confirm that CMMS integration is enabled for your organisation.
- Identify the factory and machines you want to connect.
- Ask your CMMS administrator to prepare the access required by the provider guide.
- Review which Continual roles can manage integrations and escalate actions in Roles & Permissions.
If you cannot see the integration settings or need to confirm availability, contact Continual Support.
