Output
The Operations -> Output page lets Managers, Admins, and Owners enter daily production data and review output trends.
Output data is used by production metrics such as OEE and line efficiency.
What You Can Record
For each line and date, Continual records:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total Output | Actual quantity produced for the day. |
| Planned Downtime | Scheduled downtime, such as planned maintenance or changeovers. |
| Unplanned Downtime | Unscheduled downtime caused by issues or stops. |
| Total Stops | Count of production stops for the day. |
The chart can show total output, planned downtime, unplanned downtime, or total stops over the selected date range.
Entering Data
- Go to
Operations->Output. - Select the factory.
- Choose the date to edit.
- Click
Enter Data. - Enter values for each line.
- Click
Save.
Use the previous and next day buttons to move between dates. Future dates cannot be selected.
Date Ranges
The page supports:
- Last 7 days.
- Last 30 days.
- Custom date ranges up to 90 days.
Dates are interpreted in the selected factory's timezone.
How This Affects Metrics
Production metrics in Analytics -> Insights use output records and the line's configured maximum rate.
- OEE compares actual output to maximum possible output.
- Line efficiency compares actual output to planned output after planned downtime.

Best Practices
- Enter output at the end of each production day or shift.
- Keep units consistent with the line configuration.
- Record planned and unplanned downtime separately.
- Correct missing output promptly, because missing data can make production metrics misleading.
Expected Result
Each production line has one consistent output record per date, and production metrics use the saved output and downtime values for the selected factory period.
